Sierra Kos
Sierra Kos is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Extreme Weather Survivors, a critically acclaimed filmmaker, and an award-winning advertising creative known for transforming complex policy into compelling human stories. A veteran of two presidential campaigns, she previously served as President Obama’s Video Director and Producer, where she earned national acclaim for uncovering the personal narratives credited with helping popularize the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). She later served as Director of Video for the Hillary Clinton campaign, leading a team that produced over 1,000 videos, garnering 1.2 billion views.
In addition to her political work, Kos executive produced a documentary that premiered at Sundance, oversaw a $200 million winning ad campaign for a crucial California ballot measure, and has built and led creative, communications, and public affairs teams in tech and progressive politics.
